| Job description | ・Design of new camping products and improvement design of existing products ・Overall design process from concept planning to prototyping and mass production ・Proposing design ideas based on user research and market research ・Creation of product drawings and images using design tools ・Collaboration with other departments (development, marketing, manufacturing) |
| Application qualifications |
Required qualifications ・Practical experience in product design (3 years or more) ・Experience using CAD software (such as SolidWorks, Rhinoceros) or graphic tools (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) *It’s okay if you can use at least one design tool! |
| Preferred qualifications | ・Experience in designing outdoor or sports equipment ・Experience in design focused on user experience ・People who enjoy the outdoors and camping ・Ability to communicate via email in English |
| Desired candidate profile | ・Those who excel in teamwork ・Creative individuals who can actively propose ideas ・Those who can catch trends and flexibly reflect them in design ・People who love camping and the outdoors |

| Work location | ・Remote work (OK from anywhere in the country) ・Meetings and discussions as needed (online participation available) ＊Working at the Okinawa headquarters is also possible |
| Working hours | ・Flexible (in case of contract work) ・If you wish to be a full-time employee: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM （Flexible working hours system available） |
| Compensation | ・Compensation per project (negotiable based on content and skills) ・Full-time employee: Monthly salary of 250,000 to 400,000 yen (negotiable based on experience and skills) |
