Designed around the concept of a fire pit that does not damage nature, it offers the functionality for everyone—from solo campers to groups—to fully enjoy campfires and cooking.

1. A size for enjoying both campfires and cooking

Although compact when stored, the fire bed is approximately 51 cm long, so firewood sold at campsites, generally around 30–40 cm, will not protrude.

You can make use of the spacious surface in different ways, such as cooking on the right and using the left side as a warming area. The included trivets (2) can be installed at two height levels, allowing even finer control of high and low heat.

The sturdy, stable frame supports Dutch ovens and skillets, making it suitable not only for solo use but also for duos and groups.

2. Compact and easy to assemble

Simply unfold the A4-sized folded frame to the left and right, eliminating the need for any tedious assembly. Since the legs are connected, it also offers excellent stability.

When folded, it becomes approximately 2 cm thick and weighs only about 1.2 kg, including the other parts. The included storage bag is generously sized for easy packing and unpacking, and can hold the heat shield sheet, fire-resistant ground sheet (95 × 60 cm), fire starter, and other campfire-related gear all in one place.

3. Strength and securing power of the three-axis structure

The frame supporting the fire bed is positioned not only on both sides but also in the center, greatly increasing its strength. It will not collapse even when pressed with considerable force. The fire bed is also securely fixed at six points, so it can be handled without collapsing even when lifted or shaken.

It is designed to be durable so that you can use it carefully and cherish it for a long time.

4. Easy charcoal disposal

After the fire, you can easily put the embers into a fire-extinguishing bag (Ash Carry). This leaves no trace of the campfire in nature.

5. Designed with consideration for protecting nature

In addition to the fire bed for building a campfire, the design includes heat shields that also serve as ash trays, cutting off radiant heat from the fire.

Inspired by the protective clothing worn by firefighters, the stand also includes an aluminum heat shield sheet with excellent heat-reflecting properties. Together, these features ensure that the fire pit has almost no thermal impact on the ground. (The area above the heat shield sheet can even feel cooler than the surrounding ground.)

Our vision for its development

The NT Fire Stand was completed after more than a year of development, driven by the desire to minimize damage to the ground caused by heat from campfires.

Due in part to a lack of knowledge about campfires and the increasing popularity of low-profile fire pits, there are still many cases of the ground being scorched despite using a fire-resistant ground sheet.

Many people, even those who have been camping for years, are unaware that a fire-resistant ground sheet does not completely block heat from reaching the ground.

Inspired by these circumstances, we decided to develop this fire pit ourselves so we could create one that would not damage the ground even at a low height.

This is a fire pit we want to bring to everyone who loves camping and nature—from beginners to experienced campers, and from solo campers to group campers.
