・Using this sheet, the radiant heat from the fire pit is reflected by the aluminum, creating a heat-insulating effect that makes it difficult for heat to be transmitted to the ground. Regular fire pit sheets prevent ground fires from sparks, but if exposed to radiant heat for a long time, heat will still be transmitted to the ground through the fire pit sheet, so we recommend using this heat-insulating sheet together with it. This is especially effective for low fire pit models such as Maclight, TOKYO Camp fire pit, and Pico Grill 398.

・We layer aluminum material that reflects radiant heat, which is also used in fireproof clothing, over the fiberglass sheet to protect the ground from heat from the fire pit. A fire pit sheet made only of fiberglass can prevent ground fires from sparks, but since it cannot be expected to provide heat insulation, we recommend using the heat-insulating sheet together with the fire pit sheet.

【Notes】

The heat resistance temperature of aluminum is 180℃. If you use a wood stove with the firebed close to the ground, there is a risk of exceeding the heat resistance temperature and causing damage. As a guideline, please use it with a fire pit that has a firebed height of at least 9cm above the ground. It has been processed to minimize irritation to the hands, but since it is made of fiberglass, it is recommended to wear gloves for those with sensitive skin. Depending on the color reproduction of your monitor, the actual color may differ from the image.
