その名の通り「稲妻」のような美しい造形美からこの名称となりました。一見複雑な形状に見えますが、くぼみの部分に親指と人差し指を添えられ、持った時に一番手にフィットする形を計算して制作しています。



先端は細身に、かつ程よく内側に向かうカーブを付けているため、小さいものも「面」ではなく「点」で掴めるように、 さらに食材が滑らないよう先端にスリッドを入れ食材を滑り難くし、薄いお肉はもちろん、野菜やパスタや麺などあらゆるものを「焼く」「炒める」「混ぜる」「食べる」まで万能に使用できます。



丈夫で錆びにくいステンレス鋼を使用しています。シリコン製のトングには無い剛性があります。
